I have another doppler ultra sound today, my Dr. suspects a DVT. I really, really hope she's wrong. Blood thinners, surgery, not my idea of fun.

Eep, I hope she's wrong, too. It doesn't sound like a fun situation.

She was wrong, thank god. The woman that did the ultra sound was very, very thorough. She triple checked the area in my calf that's causing all the pain and she didn't see anything. I guess a ton of little vessels branch off from the artery right there and they were all clear. At least I don't have to worry about an embolism. I'm planning on taking it very easy this weekend. If I don't feel a ton better by monday I will put a call into the dr. to see if there's anything else that needs to be done.
